Transparency, ethics, and compliance with federal law — the foundation of everything we do.
At Educate & Restore Credit, we operate in compliance with all applicable federal laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). Our goal is to provide transparent, ethical, and professional credit improvement services.
All clients have a five (5) day right of rescission beginning on the date of enrollment. During this time, you may cancel your agreement without penalty or obligation.
This right is guaranteed under federal law. If you choose to rescind within this period, any fees paid will be refunded in full. To exercise this right, please contact us in writing at support@eandrcreditservices.com.
Clients may cancel services at any time by contacting Educate & Restore Credit. Once a cancellation request is received, no additional services will be performed going forward.
Cancellations do not require a specific reason. We ask that requests be submitted in writing to ensure proper documentation and to confirm your cancellation has been processed.
Credit bureaus are required by law to follow reasonable procedures to ensure the accuracy and fairness of information contained in credit reports. However, errors may occur.

You may also submit supporting documents to help clarify your dispute.
If the reinvestigation does not resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you have the right to submit a brief consumer statement explaining your position. The credit bureau must include a summary of that statement in future reports containing the disputed item.
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, you are entitled to:

We never make guarantees of specific results. Credit improvement depends on individual circumstances, bureau responses, and client participation. Our commitment is always to act in your best interest with full transparency.
